Reporting Disciplinary Action

After each violent incident, the school administration fills out a detailed Incident Referral Form and/or Police Incident Report, which will be placed in the student’s Ontario Student Record (OSR). If no further violent incidents occur it is removed after THREE years in cases of suspension and after FIVE years in cases of expulsion. If the students transfers schools, the OSR accompanies him/her to the new school.
