Directions for Accessing Your Aspen Student Portal

Access to Student Apps

Students can log on using their username (student ID number, followed by the first 3 letters of their last name, followed by @wcdsb.ca – 55555abc@wcdsb.ca) and password. If students are having trouble logging on, please contact their teacher who will place an IT HelpDesk ticket on their behalf.

Please call the device support number below for issues like connecting to the internet or hardware issues with WCDSB-owned devices.  Hours of support are 8AM to 4PM  Monday to Friday.

Using Your Chromebook:

If a learning device/Chromebook was requested – you will receive a call about completing a contract agreement and you will be notified of an appointment for pick up.
