Board Policies and Administrative Procedures

  • Recognition of the dignity and worth of every person;
  • Providing for equal rights and opportunities without discrimination;
  • Promoting a culture and climate of understanding;
  • Ensuring each person is able to contribute to the well-being of the community.

To that end, all WCDSB’s administrative policies and procedures are to be interpreted in a manner that complies with the Code with the view to eradicate discrimination and harassment based on the prohibited grounds. Administrative Procedures

The policies and procedures of the Waterloo Catholic District School Board are put into effect with the guidance of Administrative Procedures (AP) memoranda. This page contains a complete list of the Board’s AP memos.

Many AP memos contain technical wording and readers may require interpretation by Board staff. If you are unsure of what the information in any AP memo means, please contact your school principal for a verbal explanation.
