WCDSB Fraud and Accountability Line

The WCDSB Fraud and Accountability Line (the “Line”) provides stakeholders with a way to anonymously report issues and concerns to independent audit staff. All issues and concerns will be investigated provided there is enough information given to do so.

All users of the Line should be familiar with the Board Administrative Procedure APB006 “Fraud and Accountability Management” prior to submitting a report.

All complaints reported through the Line will be treated as confidential, whether received anonymously or otherwise.

If you are an employee, please note that your concerns may be addressed by the administrative procedures for Workplace Harassment and Discrimination as well as your Collective Agreement and/or Terms of Employment.

Statement on Trustee Concerns

The Waterloo Catholic District School Board takes concerns regarding trustees seriously and addresses them through the Trustees’ Code of Conduct policy. Any concerns about trustee actions should be directed to the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Board.

In cases where the concern involves the Chair or Vice-Chair, the matter should be directed to the trustee (Chair or Vice-Chair) not involved, with a copy sent to director.-office@wcdsb.ca.

If the concern involves both the Chair and Vice-Chair, it should be sent directly to director.-office@wcdsb.ca and will be routed appropriately.

This process ensures that all concerns are reviewed fairly, transparently, and in keeping with our commitment to accountability and good governance.

The Chair and Vice-Chair’s contact information can be found here: Board of Trustees webpage.
