PURPOSE

The Waterloo Catholic District School Board recognizes that the inherent right of all individuals to be treated with dignity and respect is central to Catholic values and beliefs. The workplace must be one which recognizes and promotes a sense of dignity and supports a safe and nurturing environment for all staff and students. As a Catholic Learning Community, the Board believes that all of its employees should work and learn in a respectful, non-threatening environment that is free from harassment in all of its forms and from all sources, including but not limited to employees, supervisors, parents, visitors, members of the public and any other individuals who come into contact with employees of the Board.
