Yes. Starting in the 2026/2027 school year, the online registration system will automatically place students on the waitlist based on priority group and the date and time of registration within each group.
Waitlist Priority Order:
- Priority 1: Existing students in Junior Kindergarten to Grade 2 (and their siblings) who are enrolled and attending as of April 30.
- Priority 2: Existing students in Grades 3 to 6 (and their siblings) who are enrolled and attending as of April 30.
- Priority 3: Students in Junior Kindergarten to Grade 2 (and their siblings) who are new to the program or currently on the waitlist.
- Priority 4: Students in Grades 3 to 6 (and their siblings) who are new to the program or currently on the waitlist.
Existing families must register between May 19 and May 29 to receive Priority 1 or 2 placement. Within each priority group, students are ordered by the date and time their online registration is submitted.
Waitlist Notifications
Families will be notified of waitlist status through the registration portal. If your child is placed on the waitlist, you’ll receive an email from the portal when space becomes available. Once a space is offered, families have 72 hours to respond.
