Goal 1: We will see data-informed programming and decision making to support our early years students’ developmental needs.

- Qualitative evidence of how the Early Years Development Instrument data is actioned to inform decisions, strengthen programming, and respond to the developmental needs of students in the early years.
Goal 2: We will see evidence of students accessing multiple pathway options in our secondary schools.

- Percentage of students in each pathway and program.
- Percentage of students indicating they had pathway options to serve their needs for success.
- Percentage of students graduating in 5 years (WCDSB metric)
Accelerate Excellence and Innovation While Building Future Ready Skills
Goal 1: We will see students achieve measurable academic gains and demonstrate readiness for future opportunities.
Indicators
- Percentage of students at standard for Grade 3, 6, and 9 EQAO Math (SAP)
- Percentage of students at standard for Grade 3 and 6 EQAO Reading (SAP)
- Percentage of students at standard for Grade 3 and 6 EQAO Writing (SAP)
- Percentage of students at standard who were successful in OSSLT
Goal 2: We will see students’ strengthened confidence in implementing Future-Ready Skills (Deep Learning)
Indicators
- Evidence of meaningful participation in deep learning, with equitable access to future-ready opportunities, including responsible use of artificial intelligence.
Engage Students as Co-Creators in their Learning
Goal: We will see students experiencing co-creation in learning through Deep Learning and the Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations / Transferable Skills.

- Percentage of students experiencing OCSGE
- Percentage of students reporting they have opportunities to make choices about what they learn.
Learning Through Leadership and Staff Support and Development
Goal: We will see how staff are engaged in implementing professional development to transform learning.

- Percentage of staff who believe their professional development has informed their practice.
