Overview

A Multi-Year Strategic Plan is both a commitment to our community and a framework for accountability. Rooted in our Catholic faith and guided by the pillars of Learning, Serving, and Belonging, the Waterloo Catholic District School Board’s Multi-Year Strategic Plan brings our values to life in intentional, measurable ways.

Developed with the support of a consulting firm and shaped by meaningful engagement with students, staff, parents and guardians, community partners, and faith partners, the plan was approved by the Board of Trustees in November 2025. It provides focus and direction for nurturing student achievement, wellbeing, equity, and public trust, while remaining steadfast in our Catholic Graduate Expectations and Catholic Social Teachings. This website outlines how the plan is being actively monitored and put into action, so our students, families, staff, and community can see not only what we believe, but how we live it: day by day, classroom by classroom.
