Purchasing Procedures – APO006

PURPOSE

The purpose of this memo is to promote procurement processes and decisions which are consistent with the ethical and strategic objectives of the Waterloo Catholic District School Board (‘Board’) and the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act. The following principles underpin these procedures:

  • Sustainability
  • Making use of collaborative purchasing options, where beneficial and or required by law
