PURPOSE

The Waterloo Catholic District School Board (WCDSB) allows flexible work arrangements, for eligible employees, to assist in meeting strategic priorities as well as operational requirements. Where remote working is permitted, employees must maintain the expected performance standards, accountability, and services to the WCDSB. This Memorandum outlines the procedures and parameters for remote work for eligible employees.
