Directions for Accessing Your Aspen Student Portal

  • Aspen Student Portal Login Instructions
    Secondary Students: The earliest date you can expect to access your schedules is August 26th; however, it could take until end of day on August 30th for all student schedules to be released.

Access to Student Apps

Students can log on using their username (student ID number, followed by the first 3 letters of their last name, followed by @wcdsb.ca – 55555abc@wcdsb.ca) and password. If students are having trouble logging on, please contact their teacher who will place an IT HelpDesk ticket on their behalf.

Please be advised that the CEC Learn@Home help line at Ext 2316 is no longer in service due to in-class learning. 

  • For student login or account issues, teacher will need to submit helpdesk tickets on behalf of their students with the following information to facilitate a timely resolution.   
  • Student name, student login, and a detailed list of the issues 
  • For a newly registered student it will take 1-3 days for the systems to create all needed access
