Support Staff Positions – How to Apply

The Waterloo Catholic District School Board accepts applications throughout the year for consideration for all support staff positions.  Once applications are received, they are added to our database and will remain active for a period of one year. A teaching application package consists of the following documentation and may be submitted by facsimile, by e-mail or by mail:

  • Resume with cover letter
  • Support Staff Application form
  • A photocopy of any certificate/qualifications that may be relevant to your application (i.e., Educational Assistant Certificate, Library & Information Technician Diploma, etc.)
  • Two professional references (one reference must be from a direct supervisor)
